BRICS 2024 Summit: When the World’s Majority arose from the West’s Forced Tutelage

Simon Chege Ndiritu, October 30, 2024

The 2024 BRICS summit between October 22nd and 24th will go down in human history among the most significant events after the Enlightenment; when humans arose from their self-imposed tutelage. The BRICS summit represented the world’s majority emerging from Western-imposed dictatorship disguised as guidance. It is the first summit with global representation that occurred outside the ambit of the Western minority.

The West’s Enforced ‘Tutelage’ over Majority

As Emmanuel Kant described how enlightenment entailed humans emerging from the control of authorities and tradition (in 1784), the Western transatlantic empires were plotting and developing systems to continue their authority on the world’s majority. They were using force to plunder and pirate the East African-India spice trade, supplanting Arabs’ coffee trade, and accelerating the slave trade and colonialism. These Trans-Atlantic empires have maintained a dictatorship in global economic and political governance. Their economic control is noted in the Bretton Wood institutions, which aim to extract profits from the global south and direct them to the West. Separately, the US has created a financial empire by charging other countries for using its currency, forcing them to invest surpluses in its financial assets and suppressing competitors’ growth through economic sanctions. BRICS 2024 proposed developing alternative means of payment and rejected these sanctions.
BRICS 2024 is bringing out the face of humanity and presenting the majority’s unity

Politically, the Western minority uses the UN to give the minority some false sense of control, even while Western powers disregard it at their convenience. This body shifts moral and political responsibility for the West’s glaring excesses to the world, for instance, by having the majority lament over the genocide in Gaza, or the destruction of Iraq by Israel, the US, and the UK. Its (UN) Security Council created legally and morally right resolutions before some members (the US and the UK) violated them and passed on the guilt to the rest of the world through subsequent discussions.

For example, the UN, which distanced itself from the US invasion of Iraq, proceeded to be Washington’s administrative force to govern the US-ravaged Iraq. The same global body would proceed to sanction North Korea (DPRK) for developing nuclear weapons for self-defense, despite knowing it could not protect it, a country that had been co-listed by George Bush for destruction alongside Iran. The West’s global economic and political authority is maintained through brute force and subversion by the pentagon-NATO war machine and Anglo-Saxon Five Eyes intelligence that keeps the world divided and scared when it’s not manufacturing consent for wars and regime changes. However, the hopeful and united BRICS in the recent summit signifies victory over the West’s scaremongering and divide-and-rule tactics. The world’s majority has emerged from the minority’s enforced tutelage to take an irreversible, independent course.

Expected Outrage from Global Imposters.

The West’s narrative managers have already labeled the BRICS Summit as Grotesque, and their frustration reveals their charlatan mentality. ‘Global’ meetings they could not view as ‘grotesque’ include the Berlin conference of 1884, and the NATO’s Washington summit of 2024. In the former, the European colonial empires met to impose themselves on Africa, as the attendants plotted how to divide Africans like cattle and steal all resources. A Similar attitude was noted in 2024 NATO’s Washington Summit where attendants, a few countries bordering the North Atlantic, and representing under a billion people discussed how to impose themselves on humanity with the justification of “bringing security” to other regions including the Indo-Pacific, and the Middle East.

This racist minority cannot engage with others as equals but always purports to bring something such as its civilization, war on terror, democracy, or human rights to conceal its real intention of robbery, and destruction. An eerily related attitude was also displayed in the UN General Assembly meeting of 2024, which was supposed to be equitable and respectful, but featured the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, an ethnic Pole talking not for his 6 million Israeli citizens but for hundreds of millions of Arabs in the Middle East and North Africa. He disparaged millions of innocent Lebanese, Syrians, Iraqis, and Iranians as cursed, and appealed to Israel’s backers to help in erasing this curse to create a ‘new Middle East’.

Afterward, the US, a UNSC member, delivered weapons to Israel while its airmen openly practiced bombing Iran. As the Western minority has been plotting and dictating against the majority, it has kept the latter divided and distracted, including partitioning borders that make no sense, and amplifying social and religious divisions. However, the majority has overcome these divisions and continues to develop even closer convergence to defeat the West’s dictatorship.

The Face of Humanity, and Practical Solutions

BRICS 2024 is bringing out the face of humanity and presenting the majority’s unity. Countries from Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America met in Kazan and addressed their issues as equals. The superpower in the house, Russia did not impose its will on others, China proposed qualitative development for all, while all participants, including Arabs and Africans contributed. The group’s unity defeats the West’s ‘divide and rule’, for instance in the Indians and the Chinese settling their border disputes without relying on the imposed British partition. Both parties came to a wise conclusion that conceding some small territories is better than a long, costly war, with risks of nuclear exchange. Another dimension of peace occurred in an agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which may avert future conflagration. This reasoning together follows the steps of recent normalization between Saudi Arabia and Iran and reduces the risk of the West using India to contain China or rock the BRICS.

BRICS’ unity also provides for recourse for shortfalls of the UN when it is abused by the West, leading the world to the brink of a devastating war, as is the case. Israel’s unhinged appetite for expansion, as abetted by the faulty UN, was addressed at the BRICS summit, where attendants remained objective and called for justice, peace, and for Israel to exist according to the 1967 UN partition. The convention called out Israel’s escalation, which the Western empire encourages and bankrolls, while distracting the world by demonizing Venezuela or bashing Iran for its alleged nuclear weapons ambitions. Israeli politicians have threatened to use nuclear weapons, and its backers do not care if the Jewish state kills millions of Arabs, so long as they achieve their goal of propping their expansionist settler colony.

Similarly, BRICS called for denuclearization of the Middle East, meaning Israel’s undeclared nuclear stockpile will not be spared on account of the country being ‘European’ or ‘the only democracy in the Middle East’. BRICS also made a stand against the West’s arbitrary sanctions against Russia, Iran, Venezuela, and North Korea among others. Therefore, western sanctions will be opposed by an organization with a GDP that can significantly reduce the effects of the US or EU sanctions on countries. Washington, which has been expanding east and gobbling up countries in Eastern Europe and enlisting them in the arms-sales cartel, NATO, has effectively lost the economic and political leverage it has been using to destabilize its opponents. The BRICS platform is a clear step by the world’s majority to free itself from the West’s imposed tutelage.
