This is not the first time that Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has demonstrated to Russia the policy of double standards. Once again, it is all about Ukraine. On 10 September, unprecedented Storm Daniel struck the eastern coast of Libya, producing waves as high as a two-story house, which overwhelmed two dams and, sweeping away houses, bridges, cars and people in its path, flooded the city of Derna with a population of 100,000 people.
