Russia and its peoples are blessed by providence; the huge landscape and the rich abundance of all kinds of natural resources are now and have always been a source of Russia’s power and prestige. History reveals that the sizeable landscape not only provides resources, but is also a great source of Russia’s natural defence against aggressors. However, besides these natural blessings, Russia’s belligerent neighbours have always tried to contain Russia’s ascent towards progress and prosperity.

As Reuters tells it, Russian President Vladimir Putin is draining the state’s coffers to pay volunteers to aid the special military campaign in Ukraine. The Western media claims praying signup bonuses will “create imbalances in the overheated economy.” Meanwhile, in the U.S., recruiters are recommending reinstituting press gangs just to fill quotas for the world’s biggest military. A short comparison here should be a wake-up call for people living in NATO countries.

Following the assassinations of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniye in Tehran and Hezbollah military leader F. Shukr, dark clouds stretch across the political horizon of the Middle East. If denoted, the amount of built-up tension will lead to the ignition of an armed fire in the region. It is clear that there is a chain reaction of threats, amplifying the mutual irreconcilability.
