The US bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities, under the pressure of the Zionist states, seems to be the start of the Third World War, posing the threat of a nuclear war between the Western and Eastern bloc.
The West’s Persistent Aggression and the Roots of Conflict
The rise of Russia and China as the new superpowers of the world, threatening the US global hegemony and unipolar world order, further frustrated the Western warmongers. The White supremacy ideology underpins the Western philosophy of subjugating the Eastern world and the third-world countries. For the past 2 decades, the United States has attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya, and has also conducted military operations in many other countries, including Pakistan, Somalia, Yemen, and Syria. It also increased its military presence in the African and Asian region to counter the rapid rise of Russia, China, and other middle powers.
The Role of the United States and Israel in Escalating Global Tensions
Reports indicate that the United States has been involved in initiating 81 percent of armed conflicts in 153 regions of the world from 1945 to 2001. It is also the key instigator of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and a prime supporter of the Israeli war crimes in Gaza and the West Bank. Reports suggest that the Zionist regime of Israel has been the largest recipient of US foreign aid since the start of the program. Moreover, the United States has also provided unwavering military and diplomatic support to Israel in its war crimes and genocidal operations in Gaza over the years. Washington has also vetoed numerous UN resolutions seeking a humanitarian pause in Gaza, a move exposing its hypocritical claim of being the torchbearer of peace, liberty, and justice.
Since October 7, 2023, global leaders and analysts have been warning the United States and Israel about the potential of the spread of the Israel-Hamas war. However, the two countries have continuously ignored these warnings. Israel has been intentionally attempting to spread the war into the whole region and beyond to achieve its geostrategic and geopolitical motives. Israel has long been seeking to attack Iran under different unsubstantial pretenses. Its latest unprovoked attack on Iran has engulfed the region into a broader war. After the reelection of President Trump, the United States commenced negotiations with Iran to abstain from building nuclear weapons. During the negotiation process, Trump repeatedly threatened Iran with solemn consequences if it did not sign a deal with the United States.
However, Israel’s unprovoked attack on Iran, followed by the US bombing of the latter’s nuclear facilities in Natanz, Fordo, and Isfahan, has plunged the whole world into a new world war. This development occurred even after the US intelligence’s report refuted the claims of the development of nuclear weapons by Tehran. However, President Trump rejected all such reports and conducted air strikes on key nuclear sites in Iran at the behest of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. The strikes, under the smoke screen of negotiations, have further damaged Washington’s credibility. It also demonstrated to the world that American leaders are influenced and controlled by the Zionist lobby working in the United States and the Middle East. Moreover, it has further expedited the rise of the multipolar world order, led by Russia and China.
The Ticking Clock Toward Global Catastrophe
This US bombing campaign has exposed the world to unprecedented risks. Iran is left with no other option than to retaliate. Moreover, this new Western offensive in the Middle East is compelling the Eastern powers, especially Russia and China, to join this war despite their demonstration of extraordinary restraint. Till now, Russia, China, Pakistan, and Turkey are trying to de-escalate the conflict. Russia, China, and Pakistan have proposed a UNSC draft resolution seeking an immediate ceasefire in the region to avoid a regional or global humanitarian catastrophe. However, the West is leaving no stone unturned to engulf the world into a third-world war.
Israel and the United States have not stopped or mitigated their offensive against Iran. On the other hand, Iran has also vowed to retaliate against the United States. The Iranian Parliament has approved the resolution to close the Strait of Hormuz, a move that will disrupt around 20 percent of global oil trade – leading to global inflation. This move will particularly impinge on the interests of the Western nations. Moreover, Iran could soon attack US military bases and infrastructure in the Middle East, a move that can also result in NATO’s strikes against Iran. This will plunge humanity into a catastrophe with irreparable repercussions.
In addition, it will also compel the Eastern powers to join the war with Iran, leading to a potential nuclear Armageddon between several nuclear powers. The only solution to this predicament is constructive and inclusive dialogues between all the regional and global stakeholders. Furthermore, the people of the United States also need to stand against the offensive policies of its country for the survival of humanity. Otherwise, humanity will see an unprecedented and worst destruction of its entire history.
